Background
English is one of the most difficult languages in the world that very important for Us. Because English is international language. Use English We can Communicate with the other people in different countries. Therefore there are many students in University of Muhammadiyah Jember who choose English for their main subject. English has two kinds of language that popular, they are Black English and British English. Black English is varieties of English spoken by Black people throughout the world. In the United States, the term Black English usually refers to the everyday spoken varieties of English used by African Americans, especially of the working class in urban neighborhoods or rural communities. And for the British English is The English language used in England as distinguished from that used elsewhere.

And
English also has 4 skills that very important to improve our English, they are
Listening, Writing, Speaking and Reading skill. This is some divination them.
For the first is Listening skill. it is one of subjects studied in field of language art and discipline of conversation
analysis. Second is Writing skill, it is part of subjects studied in English
that use skill of write some text. Third
is Speaking, that is one of the difficult subject in English. Because that use
pronunciation skill and vocabulary skill. And for the last is Reading skill, it
is a process to extracting meaning from a written, text (Narrative, Analytical
Exposition, Report, Hortatory, descriptive, e.t.c) usually reading is not only
read some text but also try to understand what the meaning of the text. 70%
students in University of Muhammadiyah Jember said, that Reading is easiest
skill. Some students said reading skill is just read the text. It is make
student easy to answer some question, because if we have examination of reading
subject, we can answer the question from the text or we can see the text first
before answer the question. And in the fact, 75% students get A in Reading
subject. But in the different side there are students said that Reading subject
is really difficult for them. They said Reading skill is use our concentrate to
understand the text.
